Terms of use and public offer

1. Parties and acceptance

The seller and service provider is the person identified in the merchant details below. A user is an adult with legal capacity or a duly authorised representative of an organisation.

Free-service terms are accepted by registration or actual use. A paid-service offer is accepted after the user selects a specific plan, confirms the order, and pays on the payment provider's secure page.

2. Services and intended use

PsyMI provides online assessments, digital results and reports, and business features for recruiting and team assessment within the selected plan.

Assessments and interpretations are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or an automated employment decision. Material employment decisions must be made by a person using additional information.

3. Prices, currency, and payment

The current price, currency, term, service scope, and limits are shown on the Services and pricing page and again in the order before payment. Those details govern the specific order.

Payment is cashless using methods available on WayForPay's secure page. PsyMI does not receive or store a full card number, CVV/CVC, or other complete card credentials.

4. Delivery method and timing

• Digital access is activated after successful payment confirmation, normally immediately and no later than one business day unless a technical incident occurs.
• A report or other digital result becomes available in the account after the product conditions, including completion of the relevant assessment, are met.
• If a business plan includes a meeting, briefing, or manual specialist service, scheduling begins through support no later than two business days after payment confirmation.
• No physical goods are sold and there is no postal or courier delivery. The current target market is Ukraine; services are offered and delivered remotely in Ukraine.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Automatic renewal applies only when clearly disclosed before payment and separately accepted by the user. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten a paid period unless the law or Refund Policy requires otherwise.

6. Account and acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration details and protect account access.
• Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, copy protected assessment materials, or use results for discriminatory or unlawful decisions.
• Before acceptance, a candidate sees the customer, vacancy, assessments, report scope and recipients, and the retention rule and maximum period, then accepts that specific assignment through one explicit action. The exact date is shown after acceptance. Completing an assigned assessment automatically makes the organisation result available, while an authorized recipient can separately generate the PDF.
• A candidate may decline or withdraw an unfinished assignment. A completed organisation report remains until the displayed deadline and has no ordinary withdraw/delete control, without limiting statutory rights or the privacy-request channel.
• A company or freelance recruiter receives only results from its own work assignments under the role matrix. Self-initiated personal results, answers, other assessments, and purchases do not become organisation data.

7. Intellectual property

Code, design, text, assessment methods, reports, marks, and other materials are legally protected. A purchase grants personal or internal business use within the plan; it does not transfer exclusive rights.

8. Quality, support, and liability

If a digital service is unavailable or non-conforming, contact support. We will seek to restore conformity and, where that is impossible or the defect is material, apply a price reduction or refund under applicable law and the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Changes and disputes

A paid order remains governed by the Terms and tariff card version accepted at purchase. Changes for future orders are published with a new version date.

Disputes should first be raised with support. If unresolved, mandatory Ukrainian law and consumer-jurisdiction rules that cannot be varied by contract continue to apply.
