Refund policy

1. When a refund may be requested

• a duplicate payment or incorrect amount was charged;
• paid access was not delivered within the stated time;
• the digital service has a material technical defect that was not remedied after notice;
• the user withdraws from an unused digital service within 14 calendar days of payment;
• another ground is required by applicable law.

2. Used services

If an assessment was completed, a full report opened, or a PDF generated and the service conformed to the contract, a simple change of mind does not guarantee a refund. We will still review the circumstances and do not restrict statutory remedies for a non-conforming digital service.

3. How to submit a request

• email the support address in the merchant details;
• include the account email, payment date and amount, order number or available transaction reference, and the reason;
• never send a full card number, CVV/CVC, password, or 2FA code;
• we may request proportionate, secure evidence needed to identify the order and prevent fraud.

4. Timing and refund method

An approved full or proportionate refund is initiated without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after a complete request, unless the law requires a shorter period. Funds are returned through the original payment method without a PsyMI fee; settlement time depends on the bank and payment system.

5. Subscriptions

Cancellation stops future charges. A paid period normally remains available until it ends; any refund is determined by this Policy, actual use, and applicable law. Report an unintended renewal as soon as possible.

6. Pending transactions

If payment is not complete, do not retry before checking order status. Contact support so that we can verify WayForPay status and, where technically possible, cancel or decline to confirm the pending operation.
